Quick Mini Workout
If you want to keep your cardio up during break, here is a simple workout you can do at home. We have given you 3 exercises to do in a cycle. Each exercise has two options (an easier option and a harder option). Do exercise ONE – for 20 reps, do exercise TWO – for 15 reps and hold/do exercise THREE – for 30 seconds. Then repeat that same cycle 3 times for easier option or 5 times for harder option.
