This customer signed up for a year of classes, came in one day, and because our playlist includes all types of music from heavy metal to rap to even Christian music, a Christian theme song came on.
We do also have a cross hanging in our academy, as we are Christian, but never preach from the front of the class as we accept (and have) people from all belief systems, religions, lifestyles, etc. in our class.
Once the customer heard the song, he stomped out of the class. I tried to catch him, and after he told me what upset him, I told him that we would skip the song. He went on some out of control rant about this and that, and I tried to calm him down.

He then went home and posted a negative review on us. I told him that if he would take down the negative review, I would cancel him out of his membership. He refused, as you can see in my texts.
