Adult Fight Camp

I’ll be personally running a 4 week Fight Camp for those in our Adult classes from Oct 16th – Nov 11th.

Although not mandatory, I would encourage attendees to attend at least 2 of the 3 classes offered (you can attend all 3 too!):

Tuesdays 6-6:45pm

Thursdays 6-6:45pm

Saturday 8-8:45am

These classes have one goal: To make you a better stand up and ground fighter through three objectives:

  1. Increase your conditioning and fitness: If you want a great way to up your fitness game, lose weight, tone up and mix in new/additional cardio, this is for you!
  2. Hone technique development: We’ll be focusing on a set amount of moves each week, so you have solid tools in your tool box to fight with.
  3. Give you an irreplaceable gift – Flight time: The more time you spend sparring, the better you get at it, especially if you mix in the previous two objectives. I’ll break down strategies and tips to put you ahead of your classmates, and give you the edge in the street.

No previous experience, extra gear or fitness level needed. We will meet you where you are on your path, and give you an incredible 45 minute intensely focused workout.
