Cardio Combat
Over the years I’ve been asked to create or have a “cardio” focused class for those who want to add a workout to their schedule where we just focus on building endurance, stamina and fitness – and help you lose and maintain that weight loss!

So - We did it!
The class will rotate between a couple different templates, but each class will have one focus: To get you fit, fast! Especially during summer!
Cardio Combat will be a great addition to your Krav Maga class schedule, and help to push you over the line to get some incredible results.
We’ll be holding a 30 day challenge to kick everything off, where we want to challenge you to attend at least 2 of these classes per week. The class is only 30 minutes long – because it is NON-STOP! Now, that’s a challenge and a workout for you!

Current and past students are FREE for JULY, but here is the catch....we simply need you to fill out a survey at the end of the mont. We want as much feedback as possible, the good the bad the ugly. :) We want to make this the best cardio combat class ever!

Hey parents! Please remember that youth classes will now start at 5:30pm! Why don’t you attend the new cardio class after their class and they can wait for you…remember it is only 30 min! You both get fit for the same trip!
