If you're ready to make 2020 "your" (or your child's) year, NOW is the time to start planning. Here is how we'll make is EASY for you to get into the best shape of your life, in the shortest amount of time:
- Commit to at least 2 classes per week for the first 8 weeks of 2020, starting anytime between Saturday, January 4th to Saturday, January 18th. Starting after this date will disqualify you from this special training group.
- Schedule a start up meeting with us sometime during the first week or two of classes.
- Watch the 1-2 videos (about 2-4 mins long) we'll send you each week to sharpen your technique.
- Schedule a progress meeting with us about half way through the 8 week cycle so we can tailor change anything we need to in order to get back on track.
- Watch an "for MIA's only" test prep video the week before the test, to help you ace it!
- Watch you meet your confidence, fitness and self-defense goals in half of the time you thought it would take you!
